If you own domain names you could list them for sale at Sedo.com or Moniker.com with a low reserve price for free, do a search on the google search engine and yahoo as well with keywords like: sell domain, list domain for sale, domain name, domains for sale and etc. You could also sign up with a free yahoo account and create a basic website and list the domain names for sale there. The best option would be lets say that you own the domain name DvdDd.net that you do a search on google with a keyword that is related to your domain name which would be Dvd, Dvds and etc. Once the search results come up on the search engine simply click on the website links and see if you can find a contact email address (or if you prefer a phone number and speak to that Business representative and let them know that you have a relevant domain name for sale that would increase their Business internet presence which would result in more customers and more sales). If you decide to contact the Business by email and need an email account you can open an account for FREE with google (gMail), Yahoo or any other Company of Your choice (do a search for free email account at a search engine). If you can find out what the persons name is that will get your email that would be the best so you can build rapport with that person. If you do know the persons name that will get your email and lets say that that person is working at xyz Company as an General Manager and his name is John Success you could write an email in this format: Dear John or Dear Mr Success If you do not know the person you are sending the email to you could write an email in this format: Dear Sir / Madam , (then you can introduce yourself who you are, let the person know that when it comes to the Internet visitors to the site decide will the Business fail or succeed so the Online Business should invest into another domain name which you own that is related to their Business - product or service the Business sells). And also include your contact details which should be your email address and phone number. When you get a response back lets say via email where the person asks you how much do you want for the domain name you could respond by letting the person know in more details what the benefits would be and then quote a medium price and then ask for the response and start negotiating from there. Do not give up so lets say that you own the domain name Futons.cn and the buyer would not pay you more than $500 you could point out again that the domain name is a ONE WORD domain name and the .cn domain ext. stands for China (which is a BIG Economy alone) and then you could also go to google and type in the word Futons and let the buyer know that it is a keyword rich domain name and is being searched for xyz times on google. If the buyer persists that he will not pay you more than $500 move on and contact another Business as this domain name is worth at least $3000 (do NOT sell your domain name for next to nothing).
